I had a mixed experience at The Frederick Hotel. The location is fantastic, right near the Chambers Street subway and within walking distance to great attractions like the 9/11 Memorial. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the room was quite small and noisy, and there were hiccups with the bathroom amenities. I appreciated the unique decor and cleanliness, but overall, I think there might be better choices in Tribeca.

I had a mixed experience at The Frederick Hotel in Tribeca. The location is fantastic, just steps away from subway access and close to the 9/11 Memorial (definitely a highlight!). However, the room I stayed in was quite small and poorly designed, lacking adequate storage and natural light. The shower's low water pressure and thin walls made for a less than ideal stay overall.
Rooms

While my room was clean and well-maintained, the size was a real issue (could barely fit my luggage). The view was disappointing, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms.

The fitness center had the basics I needed, and while there was a lot to like, the noise between rooms was a significant drawback for me.
